Global Civilizations is headed for a fall. General-Purpose Computer
Science is in the larger sense, evil, dangerous and corrupt. As
universal Cyberspace it is redefining society as medieval kingdoms
endlessly fighting for supremacy. The citizens are suppressed forced to
pick winners and looser. On the horizon, Artificially Intelligent
Malware threatens worse storms are coming. The only solution is a
digital democracy that reverses many assumptions made since WWII and the
start of General-Purpose Computer Science.
